By accessing and using FindMyPeer ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users, including event organizers, attendees, and visitors browsing the platform.

2. User Accounts

Users must create an account to register events or access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. Event Registration and Listing

Event organizers may register events on our platform by selecting from available listing plans: Standard, Small, Featured, or Premium.

All event information must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading. Events must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to reject or remove any event listing that violates our content policy, contains inappropriate content, or is deemed harmful to our community.

Featured and Premium listings receive enhanced visibility but do not guarantee specific attendance numbers or outcomes.

4. Payment and Refunds

Listing fees are based on the selected plan and must be paid at the time of event registration. Current promotional offers (such as FREE listings until January 31, 2026) are subject to change without notice.

All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or at our sole discretion in cases of service failure.

We may change our pricing structure with reasonable notice to existing users.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: posting false information, impersonating others, spamming, distributing malware, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

We reserve the right to monitor user activity and take appropriate action against violations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on FindMyPeer, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of content they upload (event posters, descriptions, etc.) but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and promote such content on our platform.

Users must not use our brand, logo, or content without explicit written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of information posted by users.

FindMyPeer acts solely as a platform connecting organizers and attendees. We are not responsible for the actual conduct of events, attendee experiences, or disputes between parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindMyPeer and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services in the past six months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FindMyPeer, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
